Beautiful hotel in Chelsea area of NYC, stylish, compact, but well worth the value!
What guests loved:
The location and style of the place standout. Also, the staff was incredibly accommodating. Furthermore, there a $40 vouchers per night! I can't complain about anything.

Really enjoyed the best that New York has to offer from a lovely hotel in a quiet neighbourhood.
What guests loved:
Great location. Near subway and neighbourhood restaurants.
Areas for improvement:
Room was a bit small but it is New York.

Would stay again for sure assuming same pricing. No question.
What guests loved:
People at front desk were exceptional. So kind and friendly. Also liked the $40 toward food/bev for bfast.
Areas for improvement:
Slightly bigger room but, what I had was very good.

I would have liked to stay longer. It was very comfortable and conveniently located.
What guests loved:
Loved the room, the bathroom, the toiletries. Small but very tasteful.
Areas for improvement:
Well, NYC has become less safe than it was several years ago. This has nothing to do with the hotel, itself.

Staff friendly, helpful, efficient, small boutique hotel, stylish, good showers, never had to wait for elevators, free tokens to use at cafe, location, comfort, clean, price and value

Loved our stay at The Moore! Perfect for a couple of days in NYC. The staff were amazing and super efficient. The in-built cafe is such a great idea. The coffee was great and there were fresh pastries...

What guests loved:
Very clean and well designed room. I had a room overlooking the "inner courtyard" which was really just a space between buildings. It was very quiet.
